Recognising the success of the Ramanujan IT Park project which has been developed by TRIL with Leighton Welspun under India's first major alliance contract in the construction sector, TRIL has further entrusted Leighton Welspun and awarded a new project under the alliance model, to develop 5 residential towers on prime real estate in Kochi.
Work on the project, valued in the region of Rs.286 crores (A$ 55 million), will commence immediately and is due to be completed in 2015.
The Ramanujan IT park project recently surpassed the 8 million man-hour Lost Time Incident free mark reflecting world’s best practice in safe and efficient construction practice.
