Leighton operations in India commenced with the first contract in 1998. The project involved up-gradation of the existing 2 lane NH4 to a 6 lane toll-way, including a long tunnel as well as a non-toll facility at Adoshi.
Since then, Leighton has demonstrated its capability by taking on projects ranging from industrial factories to IT Parks and high rise residential towers, from roads to national highways, from construction of single point moorings to laying of oil & gas pipelines under the sea.
