The Leighton Group’s core values are Discipline, Integrity, Safety and Success.
These are set out in Leighton Holdings’ Code of Ethics along with a practical set of mutual obligations for everyone across the Leighton Group.
Leighton Welspun and all our employees are obliged to adhere to the following values:

To support the implementation of these values, each Operating Company in the Leighton Group is required to:

Comply with its obligations under the Code of ethics;

Develop and implement its own Code of Ethics and supporting policies, procedures and arrangements that are consistent with the values and principles established in the Code; and
-
Report to Leighton Holdings’ Board, through the Ethics and Compliance Committee, regarding its compliance with its Code and the nature of supporting policies, procedures and arrangements in place to support compliance with the Code.
This is done on a quarterly basis as part of the Group - wide Ethical Dimension Reporting System.

All reports made to this service will be treated confidentially. A person who makes a report in good faith will not be disadvantaged as a result of having made a report. However, disciplinary action may be taken against an employee who makes malicious or vexatious allegations of unethical behavior.
